This hotel is a hidden gem! the value for money is exceptional. The prices are very reasonable, especially considering the great location in the vibrant Glockenbach neighborhood. As a single female traveler, I felt completely safe walking around the quieter residential area. Additionally, the staff were friendly and attentive, providing excellent service throughout my stay. The basic amenities were all in place, and the rooms were comfortable, with well-stocked fridges and good Wi-Fi connection. I also appreciated the convenience of having a kitchenette in the room, allowing me to prepare my own meals. Lastly, the breakfast spread was delicious, offering a wide variety of options to start the day.
All was perfect, nothing to improve.

The location is good the car garage is comfortable the internet service free of charge although pretty much slow and fresh sweet apples every single day in the lobby also pretty spacy rooms and not so much noisy rooms even those turning to the street
What very much disturbed me is the stubborn smell of cigarette's smoke in the room althouth the room was for non-smokers -clearly someone before me was smoking in this room and also in the bathroom

Very near to the U-Bahn, just 1 minute away! Very close to the city center! Excellent reception personel. Kitchen in rooms! You can cook by yourself! This is not a luxury hotel, but it`s good value for money.
Rather little rooms. And some rooms may be noisy, because of traffic.

What a delightful Christmas we had! the hotel was perfectly located for everything we wanted to do. We could easily walk to all of the nearby attractions. the hotel room was spacious and beautifully decorated, and I appreciated the small kitchenette with a refrigerator and stove. the view out the window was breathtaking at night, with all of the Christmas lights twinkling.
That the WiFi was a bit spotty, which made it difficult to stay connected to family back home. the bathroom could have used a bit more ventilation to keep the steam from building up, but it wasn't a dealbreaker.

Mostly i was happy to stay there. On the desk there was a leer bottle of water when I arrived. Although the room war very clean, it gave me an uncertain impression, whether the room was really cleaned up or not. Furthermore somebody came in with the spare key (clean service) in the morning about 8 o'clock while i was still in Bett. The hotel is very big and I wonder how the hotel manages cleaning personals. Probably the person had no information of which rooms are occupied and which are not, because he repeated the same mistakes with other hotel rooms when I left the hotel. This point definitely needs to be managed better.

The staff was friendly, spoke English really well, and was happy to help us navigate the city. The room was enormous (by European standards), very clean, great bathroom and shower. It was a block from the U-Bahn, and two stops from the central train station--so excellent location. Easy to get to Oktoberfest from here!! Room was fairly quiet considering we were on the street, but there was little outside noise to begin with.

The location suited us as it within walking distance of Marienplatz and the city centre. Also the breakfast was very good value, with lots of choice.
There was no air conditioning, which would be an issue in the summer months as the traffic is quite busy and also there is a church across the street from the hotel, and the bells start each morning at about 7am, so opening your window really isnt a good option. There is a small lobby, but t is only really big enough to wait for a taxi. Not somewhere you could meet and chat.

We had a great time during our New Year's stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, being close to a train station that made it easy to explore the city. the hotel was located near a market where we could find everything we needed. The breakfast had plenty of options, ensuring we started our day on the right foot. the spacious and clean rooms offered great amenities, including a kitchenette that gave us the option to cook for ourselves.
We wished there was air conditioning in our room during our stay, as the temperature tended to be a little too warm during the day. We also found it challenging to adjust the shower's temperature, which could be uncomfortable for some guests.

This is in a very nice area with places to eat and drink within a 5 minute walk. The centre of Munich is about 10-15 minute walk. The staff were very welcoming and the hotel was nice. As it was a weekend visit we never stayed in the hotel to use facilities.
